Job Title: Support Executive (Voice process). US Process

Location: Panchkula

Experience: 0 5 years

Salary - 2 LPA to 4.5 LPA and incentives.

Qualification: Any Graduate -Fresher or Experience / Undergraduate with minimum 6 months BPO.

Skills Required:

Good English Verbal & Written Communication Skills | Good Logical & Analytical Skills.
Job Role Description:

Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills
Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred
Candidate should have 0-1 year of experience in Customer Support Voice Process.
Prior experience in Customer Service industry will be an added advantage.
Should be open to work in Night shifts.
Candidates with backlogs/arrears in their degree are not eligible
Responsible for dealing with Domestic & International Clients
Responsible for dealing with Clients Queries.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
