Calling insurance companies to collect information on claim status of patients and doing verification on eligibility. Maintaining work progress using MS excel. Transfer the information to team lead and billing department Roles and Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

Should have good Verbal and Written communication skills
Night shift only 5:30pm to 2:30am however trainings can happen in day shift
Must be willing to work for voice process & from office.
Candidates with international voice process experience will be advantage
Candidates with other experience can also apply
