Candidate should be comfortable with:
• 247 shifts with rotational weeks off
• Comfortable to work in night shifts
• Excellent communication skills in English speaking.
• Experience in any international voice process is a must.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Communication Skills:
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all patients
Excellent documentation skills
Good comprehension skills ability to clearly understand and state the issues patients present
Ability to concentrate follow patients issues without distraction to resolution
Good composition skills ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response
Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently
