We are looking for a Customer Support executive Executive who can support customer queries efficiently and convert leads

Job Summary

• Handling inbound calls /outbound calls and emails in a professional manner.

• Handling customer chats and Whatsapp messages of the customers.

• Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.

• Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.

• Escalating customer feedback as required.

Preferred Skillset

• Great written and communication skills in English

• Strong Customer Orientation and passion for delivering superior customer service

• Work independently with minimal supervision

• Ability to take complete ownership and facilitate the end to the end customer journey

• Ability to understand complex issues and work through ambiguous situations to provide resolutions for customers

• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

• Good on excel and able to support on different MIs

• Ability to write business letters and reports
