Job Description

We are hiring experienced candidates for Technical Support and Sales project. You need to serve the inbound calls to provide Technical Assistance to the customers and further up-sell the services.

Requirements:-

Must have prior experience in Tech Support Sales.

Should have knowledge about basic computer Software Hardware (Printers, MS Office, Firewall, Anti-Virus, Defender etc.)

Should be comfortable working in US Shift.

Should be fluent in English (Speaking and Writing), US accent is preferred.
