Administrator Executive

• Oversee the full cycle of recruitment efforts
• Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration
• Handling Statutory compliance (PF/ESIC)/ Payroll/ Insurance/Employee
• Ensure proper compliance with various obligations under various Labour Laws as
• applicable to the organization
• Maintain compliance and HR MIS trackers
• Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential
• Drive performance management and follow through for Retail Staff

Qualifications
• 2 - 3 years experience in a generalist profile.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Should be adept with Excel & PowerPoint
• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
