Job Description
• Work closely with relevant business stakeholders and participate in the planning process to develop Talent strategy and roadmap for the aligned Servicesensure alignment of the Talent strategy to Service priorities
• Represent the service perspective and contribute in the devising the vision, roadmap, operating model and strategic Talent initiatives for the Services HR function
• Work on initiatives related to identification of High Potential employees internally and externally for the Service Function and ensure continued engagement for the same.
• Identify Gaps in Succession and work towards establishment of a Leadership Succession Pipeline from internal and external sources for the services by partnering with the respective service function heads and COEs.
• Partner with Learning and Development, curate and run specific learning initiatives targeted to cater to future needs of the organisation in the Hi Tech and Emerging Technologies Space.
