Urgently hiring for Company Secretary for a leading MNC

Location : Ahemdabad

Job Description:

To ensure timely and exhaustive Secretarial compliance and act as the single point of contact within the company for any matters related to Secretarial.

1 .Ensure timely fulfillment of statutory compliance obligation (ROC, RBI, SEBI, Stock Exchange and / or other regulatory body)

2Leverage relationship with external stakeholders to ensure rapid resolution of issues

3Understand the trends in the regulatory landscape and recent judgments / developments and their potential impact

4Monitor company & external events and assess impact on Secretarial compliances continue to learn

5Manage relationships with internal senior stakeholders
