Job Title: Android Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for an Android developer to join us. The qualified professional will work with the development team to successfully design, develop and deliver Android Applications.

Roles and Responsibilities

Design and build advanced applications for the Android platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Work with outside data sources and APIs
Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
Qualification and skills required:

Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Android development
Strong knowledge of native android technologies
Familiarity with native build tools, like Gradle
Proficiency in Java/Kotlin, Android Jetpack libraries, AAR
Experience in building custom library/SDK/frameworks
Experience in performing optimization using Android Profiler
Good Knowledge o Android fundamentals and its build process.
Deep understanding of Native components & core components
Understanding & Implementation of Gesture responder systems, animations, seamless screen navigation.
Deep understanding of building Mobile App with good understanding of the underlying architecture & constrains to craft elegant Mobile apps
Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON
Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
Good code design skills and knowledge about Git
Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
