Civil Project Manager

An International Jewellery group is looking for "Project Manager (Civil) for their in-house projects.

Role: Project Manager (Civil)

Job Location: Calicut, Kerala (must be available for face to face interview)

Minimum Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience: Must have min 7-8 years in civil engineering + min 2 years as Project Manager experience with residential and commercial projects and preferably in Interior Works.

CTC Offered: 50kpm + incentives + food and accommodation

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
• Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
• Plan all construction operation
