What You Will Be Doing
• Build micro-services from scratch.
• Drive software architecture and engineering best practices (CI, CD, Code review, Code quality standards).
• Writing production-ready feature code.
• Create design and technical documents.
• Deploy to staging and production servers.

Basic Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of coding experience in Java and programming fundamentals
• Ability to understand and pick up new technologies: We are not looking for expertise in any specific technology, rather your willingness to learn them
• Innate drive to create high-quality applications that are simple to maintain
• Great English verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced iterative/agile development process based on daily feedback loops
• Proven record of high-quality web development and a portfolio to back that up
• Project experience using technologies or frameworks such as Spring Boot

Nice-to-have Requirements
• Experience using a database such as MongoDb, MySQL or PostgreSQL
• Experience with responsive and adaptive development
• Ability to take initiative within the remote environment
