Job Family Description: provides support to improve and maintain performance, efficiency, and quality of QC operations.

Summary of responsibilities: Supports the implementation and maintenance of QC methods/techniques, processes, equipments and consumables. Compliance with company standards, ISO and GMP as required. Responsible for meeting the daily targets for Quality Control function.

Boundary Conditions/Authority Levels: Receives minimum instruction on routine work; general instructions on new assignments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Complete all Trainings on time and uses training experience to complete activities in efficient way.
• Conducts routine analysis of raw materials and in-process materials according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs/QCPs). Perform inspections of incoming and in-process materials.
• Compiles data for documentation of test procedures and prepares reports.
• Performs and Oversees calibration and maintenance of lab equipment.
• Review data obtained for compliance to specifications and reports abnormalities.
• Ensure that lab cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.
• Write or revise standard quality control operating procedures.
• Supply quality control data necessary for regulatory submissions.

Required Qualifications and Experience:
• Diploma/Graduate in any of the Science disciplines with 0-2 years exp.
• Demonstrated ability to be flexible and resourceful.
• Ability to work in a team environment & Excellent communication skill.
