Job Description
Urgently required Soft Skill Trainer for Jaipur, Ajmer, Tonk, Bhilwara and Udaipur.

No. of Hire: 12

Deliver Soft Skills training to Govt. Schools Students in Jaipur, Ajmer, Tonk, Bhilwara and Udaipur districts. +0 minutes class in each school and two to three schools visit per day.

The modules aim at developing the following skills of the candidate.

Self-Skills

Communication Skills

Interview Skills

Responsibilities and Duties

1.Preparation of sessions as per training guidelines and material applicable for the program.

2.Conducting classes as per schedule and methodology

3.Ensuring students attendance and participation in the session

4.Students counselling and PTM

5.Ensuring smooth running the operations

6.Monitor student progress throughout duration of training, providing coaching and developmental feedback, facilitate transition

of students from training to work environment, ensuring competency levels are sufficient

7.Complete daily tracking, including end of day course evaluation and trainee assessments

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: Up to ?10,.00 per month

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's

Desired Candidate Profile Trainer should have min 1 year experience in soft skills or communication training
