Dacby is an app-based marketplace where people can buy and sell their games and digital goods. We have more than 40,000 PS4/PS5/XBOX gamers on our platform. The app enables sellers to list their games and charges a transaction fee between when the game is sold.

Digital goods reselling has a long history of being disputed as the chances of fraud are very high, DACBY solves this problem by acting as a middleman between the buyer and the seller, all the transactions are completely regulated and managed by us.

About The Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Making sales pitches to stores and customers on a daily basis
• Replying to emails and customer queries using Freshdesk
• Working on inventory management
• Handling vendors onboarding

Note: Your 60% work would be of customer care executive and 40% as account manager.
