Hands -on Coding with rich experience on Microsoft Technologies. IT experience delivering enterprise-scale web applications and good technical project management.

Should have expertise in Technical skills and can mentor the team technically.

Strong experience in Core, MVC, Web API, Angular/ReactJS, MS SQL Server.

Should have client facing experience and having worked in a highly matrix organization.

This TPM needs to work closely with the offshore development team, Senior Management, multiple onsite teams and stakeholders.

Project planning and execution with Web Technology as an offshore service provider and leading a team of at least 10 -15 resources.

Should be able to estimate the project along with key technical persons, prepare the implementation, track the progress of milestones, update the status on a weekly basis and identify risk/risk mitigation

Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, solve them quickly, and know when to rely on internal resources for assistance

Guide the team in Requirement Closures, System Design, Development and Verification/Validation tasks Technical Skills.

Thorough understanding of SDLC knowledge for various methods like Agile Scrum.

Specific Skill / Preferred
