From the technical side:
• You have a minimum of 2- 8yrs years of hands-on experience in web development using J2EE technologies JSP, Servlet etc.
• You have hands-on experience in developing web applications using MVC Framework , and you are familiar with HTML, CSS and Javascript.
• You are able to write well designed, testable and efficient code.
• Experience working with Liferay is considered as an advantage.

Also:
• You believe in teamwork and are able to work in a team efficiently.
• You have good social skills and you enjoy sharing knowledge with your colleagues.
• You enjoy communicating with the customer and you are able to explain the technical features and issues to them in an understandable way.
• You have good time management and skills and you are good at prioritizing tasks.
• You are efficient in making decisions based on your knowledge and experience.
• You are eager to learn and develop your skills and knowledge.
• In work projects, you can see the whole picture as well as the fine details.
