Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

- Handling Mutual Funds & IPO division and end-to-end operations of it.
- MF trade processing.
- Researching organisations and individuals online
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Effective handling & monitoring day to day operations via transaction processing, effective allotment / payouts, monitoring Controls, KYC, etc.
- Negotiate / close deals and handle complaints / objections
- Handling various day to day transaction activities.
- Coordination with RTA.
- Smooth Branch coordination - to ensure minimal complaints and quick resolution
- Administrative support for all data entry on a daily basis with MS Excel.
- Ensure you follow up with the clients properly.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Minimum Graduate.
- Graduate or MBA in Marketing / Finance with 1-3 years experience in BFSI Sales / Customer Service
- Relationship Management

- Presentation skills
- Mutual Fund IPO
