CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE | CHAT SUPPORT|NON|VOICE | NIGHT SHIFT | WORK

• Responsible for e-mail support & web chat process in a timely & accurate way.
• Handling web queries via chat.
• Candidate must have worked in night shift profile in non-voice chat process.
• Looking for only local candidates based in Ghaziabad, who are willing to work from office in night shift.
• Responsible for observing the virtual training sessions taken by the trainers & seeing if any issues in the sessions.
• Observe the engagement of candidates & trainers in the sessions & provide feedback to the management.
• Excellent written & spoken English communication skills
• Answer all queries & resolve issues via chat.
• Maintain & update records of daily queries.
• Should be swift in typing speed and grammatically conscious with formal mannerisms in written formats of communication.
