You will be working as Retail Sales Manager IT Accessories
Your responsibilities

Appoint Retail Distributors and help grow the Retail Network, effectively manage distributors and motivate them to grow, improve market share
Plan, Forecast and execute sales plan and meet set objectives, achieve Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly sales target, product wise for IT Accessories, (PD Chargers, Power banks, Smartwatches etc
Meet distributors, dealers & retailers on a regular basis to improve market share / volume
Ensure promotion activities on regular basis
Devise, plan and execute product promotion schemes through distributors/ retailers.
Identify and recommend retailers / distributors for branding.
Your background

2 to 5 years of experience in channel Sales of IT Accessories / Digital Accessories / /Mobile Phones etc
Involve in product launches, capability to conduct promotional marketing activities, branding.
Devise and run product schemes, day to day activity planning & reporting.
Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
Should have good Communications & presentation skills.
