Key Skills Requirements:

1. Fresher or 1+ Year of relevant experience (Only Female).

2. Should be excellent in verbal and written communication skill (Call & Email).

3. Regional Verbal Communication Skill (Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Gujarati, Marathi) would be preferred.

4. Should be good at computer skill.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Handling cold calls.

2. Handling customer's inbound and outbound calls.

3. Solving the queries of clients who reaches out to us.

4. Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about the services and feedback.

5. Address all the issues / grievances of customers and provide the right customer experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹8,500.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
