Recruiter for our Chennai office. Recruiter has to work independently and take
accountability. we are hiring Jr to Senior level recruiters.

We are looking for
result oriented Recruiters who can create values for self and company.

1. Must have excellent
verbal and written communications skills Candidate

2. Must possess good
listening skills, Multitasking ability, Time management skill, Quick learner
and Team working ability.

3. Ability to handle
multiple requirements at a time and able to negotiate with candidates

4.Sourcing and
screening of Profiles from Job Portals, Personal networking and other mediums.

5. Understand the
client needs and responding them in providing Quality Submissions in a timely
manner.

6. Coordinating
interviews for the shortlisted candidates. Negotiation of Pay Rates with the
consultants

7. Build an active
pipeline of potential candidates for current and future needs. Maintain good
rapport with consultants and build new candidate leads.
