Jr. Engineer – Mechanical Maintenance (Press Shop)

Key Responsibilities:
• Preventive, Predictive & Breakdown Maintenance of Press Shop Machines
• Maintenance of Mechanical, Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems
• Troubleshooting of Power Press, Pneumatic Press and Sheet Metal Equipment
• Ensuring minimum machine downtime and maximum machine availability
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of machine breakdowns
• Planning and execution of preventive maintenance activities
• Spare parts management and inventory control
• Support machine installation, commissioning and modifications
• Implementation of TPM, Kaizen and continuous improvement activities
• Coordination with Production team to achieve daily production targets
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
