Responsibilities

Prepare and serve food items efficiently while adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately
Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries with enthusiasm
Upsell menu items to enhance sales and maximize revenue opportunities
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and perform cash handling duties with precision
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen spaces in compliance with sanitation standards
Assist with bussing tables, food prep, and other duties to support smooth restaurant operations
Requirements

Valid Certified Food Handler certification demonstrating knowledge of food safety practices
Proven experience in food preparation, cashiering, or food service in quick service or fast food environments
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is preferred
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and effective communication abilities
Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and accurate order processing
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and sanitation standards
Previous experience in restaurant or retail settings involving food industry operations is highly desirable
