Just Pole Fitness & Dance Studios
We’re looking for a warm, confident, and driven sales person to join the Just Pole Fitness team
This is not your typical sales role.
At Just Pole Fitness, we help women rebuild confidence, feel strong in their body, and find a community where they truly belong. Our role in sales is not about “hard selling” it’s about helping someone feel safe enough to take the first step.
We are looking for someone who:
genuinely loves helping people
knows how to build connection quickly
is confident speaking on the phone
has proven experience converting leads into sales
understands how to guide conversations naturally without sounding pushy
Understands the importance of achieving your sales targets as you are working for a small business that is reliant on your success
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys flexible work, can work independently from home, and thrives in a purpose-driven environment.
About The Role
Part-time position
Approximately 10 hours per week. Two Hours Per Day
Set weekly and daily hours. TBC with successful candidate
Fully remote / work from home
Warm leads only, no cold calling
Calling leads who have already expressed interest through our website, social media or marketing campaigns
Following up enquiries from Instagram, website forms & marketing campaigns
Guiding potential clients into the right offer or membership
Helping create a personalised starting plan for new clients based on their goals, confidence levels and schedule
Nurturing clients throughout their Confident You Reset journey
Conducting mid-point check-ins to ensure clients feel supported, comfortable and consistent
Supporting the transition from The Confident You Reset into ongoing memberships
Using our CRM systems/ Sheets to track lead journeys and follow-ups
Building genuine relationships with potential and current members
Start-of-week and end-of-week team check-in calls
What We’re Looking ForRequired:
Previous phone sales experience
Bonus:
Experience in fitness, wellness, dance or service industries
Experience using CRM systems
Understanding of feminine, community-led brands
Experience in customer success, onboarding or retention
Strong communication skills
Proven track record achieving sales targets
Ability to build trust and rapport quickly
Comfortable handling objections and guiding conversations
Organised and reliable
Comfortable working autonomously
