The Role & Responsibilities
Drive sales and achieve store KPIs
Deliver exceptional customer service on the shop floor
Support day-to-day store operations, including:
Stock management and high-volume stock processing
Visual merchandising and store presentation
Wage control and shrinkage minimisation
Maintain an organised stockroom and back-of-house operations
Motivate and support team members to perform at their best

About You
Passionate about customer service and sneaker/streetwear culture
Previous retail, leadership, or stockroom experience (highly regarded)
A motivated, “make it happen” attitude
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexible availability across a full-time roster, including:
Weekdays
Late nights
Weekends
Public holidays
