Duties
• Engage with customers via phone, chat, or email to understand their shopping preferences and provide tailored product recommendations
• Assist customers in navigating our online platform, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience
• Demonstrate product features through virtual demos and detailed descriptions to help customers make informed decisions
• Upsell complementary products and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Manage inventory by merchandising products effectively on the website, including stocking and updating product listings
• Handle cash handling and POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately during online order processing
• Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive customer interactions at all times

Experience
• Prior retail sales experience, preferably in grocery stores or similar retail environments, with a strong focus on customer service
• Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership and team coordination skills
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math to ensure accurate transactions
• Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively
• Experience with product demos, merchandising, and stock management enhances your ability to succeed in this role
• Strong communication skills coupled with excellent phone etiquette are essential for engaging customers confidently
• Basic math skills are necessary for processing transactions accurately and managing inventory levels
