Key Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in HVAC estimating or project management.
• Proven experience in various commercial project types is essential.
• Strong team player with effective communication skills.
• Solid HVAC knowledge and experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent time management abilities and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prepare bids and job quotes for projects.
• Experience in managing construction projects and executing project contracts.
• Detail-oriented with skills in budget monitoring and project scheduling.
• Ability to analyze plans and make recommendations for project improvements.
• Experience in preparing documents for billing and coordinating with accounting.
• Willingness to collaborate and meet regularly with management.
