Custom Stylist

Custom Stylist & Luxury Sales Executive

We're hiring a Custom Stylist to design luxury garments and build wardrobes for a discerning clientele. You'll guide clients through an end-to-end custom experience — from fabrics sourced at the world's most luxurious mills to the final details of fit and finish.

What you'll do:
• Lead consultative appointments for custom suiting, shirting, formalwear, outerwear, and full wardrobe builds
• Take measurements, conduct fittings, and partner with production to ensure impeccable fit
• Grow a personal book of business through referrals, networking, and proactive outreach
• Hit annual sales goals based on stylist tier
• Deliver white-glove service across the full client lifecycle

What we're looking for:
• 3+ years in custom clothing, tailoring, or luxury apparel sales
• A portable book of business with a proven track record ($250K–$1M+ in annual sales)
• Deep fluency in fabrics, construction, fit, and styling
• Polished relationship-builder comfortable with HNW clients
• CRM-savvy, organized, and entrepreneurial

Compensation: Competitive base + uncapped commission, health/dental, PTO, generous clothing allowance, and other company perks
