Job Description

Customer Service / Client Support Position

3 years of relevant experience in customer service is required

Prior manufacturing experience is ideal

Contract to hire, not seasonal or temporary!

Duties include:
• Coordinating activity of assigned account
• Providing top quality client/customer service
• Communicate delivery status, schedule changes and returns and quotes with customers
• Process assigned sales orders and enter into a computer database system
• Serve as internal liaison for all departments
