Who You Are
• A licensed Illinois real estate agent with 3+ years of experience and a track record of successful closings
• Currently living in or deeply familiar with Chicago’s North Side (Lincoln Park, Lakeview, or nearby neighborhoods)
• Committed to delivering an elevated client experience with strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Detail-oriented, professional, and proactive with a high sense of accountability
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with modern tools and marketing systems
• Driven by teamwork, results, and personal growth, not just transactions
• *We’re looking for an experienced agent who already calls Chicago home, ideally based in North Side neighborhoods like Lincoln Park or Lakeview, where our client base and brand presence are strongest.**
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
