Senior Test Engineer (Dynamics/ Environmental) – Leading Engineering Services Provider

Role Overview:

Lead and execute vibration and environmental testing programmes within a lab environment. Support technical delivery, improve testing processes, and mentor junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct vibration and environmental testing across industries (e.g. aerospace, automotive)
• Operate and maintain test equipment (e.g. electrodynamic shakers, chambers)
• Analyse results and produce detailed technical reports
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g. MIL-STD, DO-160)
• Mentor junior team members and support lab operations

Key Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• ~7+ years’ experience in dynamics or vibration testing
• Strong knowledge of testing standards and methodologies
• Hands-on experience with lab equipment and data capture
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, technical environment
