Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Outdoor worker to join our dynamic renovation team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to a variety of surfaces across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. You will help transform spaces, enhance aesthetics, and ensure high-quality results that meet client specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing your craftsmanship and attention to detail to deliver outstanding outcomes.

Duties
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and repairing to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
• Apply paint, stains, varnishes, and other finishes using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, and spray equipment like airless paint sprayers.
• Perform specialized painting tasks including residential painting, commercial painting, industrial painting, stucco application, plastering, and restoration work.
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely while maintaining a clean work environment on construction sites.
• Follow safety protocols on construction sites while adhering to schematics and blueprints for precise execution of projects.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining high standards of quality.

Qualifications
• No prior experience in painting needed!
• Above the age of 18.
• Being willing to learn how to use hand tools such as brushes, rollers, scrapers; power tools including airless sprayers; and basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Strong safety awareness.
• Having a mode of transportation.

Pay: $17.50 - $21.00 per hour
