Customer Care Associate- Financial Services (Training Provided)

Key Responsibilities
• Consult with clients to identify financial goals, needs, and priorities
• Educate clients on basic financial principles and available options
• Develop and maintain strong, professional client relationships
• Provide ongoing guidance and follow-up as client situations change
• Engage in training programs, licensing preparation (if applicable), and skill development
• Support a collaborative, growth-oriented team culture
