Parts Counter Sales Representative

Penner Farm Services is looking for a Parts Counter Sales Representative to join our team! This position is located at our Lacombe AB location.

Responsibilities and duties:

Handling in-person and over the phone sales enquiries with a high level of customer service and focus to convert enquiries into sales;
Answering the telephone and routing calls as necessary; assisting customers with call-in enquiries.
Responsible for prompt, friendly, professional service for in-store customers, working efficiently, minimizing wait times by ensuring the front counter is always staffed.
Knowledge of our products, services, and policies to ensure accuracy with order fulfillment.
Invoicing and preparing products for orders and maintaining a clean and professional store front.
Facilitate the process of warranty claims, including identifying eligible issues, submitting claims to vendors or manufacturers, tracking resolution, and ensuring timely follow-up to completion for customer satisfaction.
Assisting Service department with Service administrative duties as required.
Skills and abilities:

Demonstrated experience in a previous parts fulfillment and customer service role and the ability to provide exceptional service to customers.
Previous experience & knowledge in agricultural industry & environments is an asset.
Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Attention to detail, well organized and superior time management skills.
Strong desire for current customer satisfaction & drive to attract new satisfied customers.
