Role Summary

The Digital Marketing & Content Specialist will be the creative engine of our marketing department. This role focuses on developing Wombi communications, high-performing digital assets, and managing our paid and organic creative pipeline, ensuring our story is told consistently and clearly across every channel.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Production & Asset Creation

Develop visual concepts for monthly campaigns, product launches, and evergreen ad sets.
Hands-on creation of graphic and motion assets (static ads, Reels/TikToks, and banners).
Execute copy, photography and videography for social media, paid ad needs and customer communications.
Performance & Ad Oversight

Serve as the primary point of contact for Wombi creative for the digital marketing agency, providing them with the creative "fuel" they need to hit CPA targets.
Develop and execute creative testing strategies to help optimize ad spend.
Ensure all assets meet platform-specific requirements (Meta, Google) and maintain strict ad compliance.
Maintain a deep understanding of ad platform mechanics (Meta, Google, etc) to ensure all creative is built for the specific audience and platform it’s serving.
Brand Stewardship

Act as the "Brand Guardian" to ensure all visual and written content aligns with our established identity.
Collaborate with the Product Team to ensure the "look and feel" of the website is consistent with the creative being used in other consumer touchpoints.
Support the larger marketing team at local events and in-store as needed.
Reporting & Strategy

Distill weekly performance data into creative insights
Participate in high-level marketing strategy to align creative output with broader business goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications

The "Creative Eye": 4+ years of experience in digital design and content creation (DTC experience preferred).
Photography and Videography Chops: You know your way around a camera, creating engaging content and holding assets to a high quality standard.
Analytics & Marketing Funnel Competency: You have experience with Google and Meta platforms, developing reports, and analyzing data to distill actionable insights.
Toolbox: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere/After Effects) and Figma. Mastery of Canva for quick-turn assets.
Performance Mindset: You don't just make things look "pretty"; you make things that sell. You understand what makes a thumb-stopping ad.
Copywriting: Ability to pivot from punchy ad headlines to long-form brand storytelling.
Agility: Ability to execute in-house production as well as partner developed workflows like product studio shoots.
