MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR FOR CHEF CREATION

Position Summary MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR FOR CHEF CREATION (BILINGUAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH)

This role requires a hands-on technical lead who can both perform maintenance work directly and guide other technicians. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, preventive maintenance planning, and ensuring critical production equipment operates safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Repair and troubleshoot food manufacturing and processing equipment with PLC-controlled
• Execute and manage preventive maintenance programs
• Lead and supervise technicians, including task assignment and on the job guidance
• Respond to urgent equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
• Ensure compliance with safety, food hygiene, and regulatory requirements
• Equipment Scope Includes (but not limited to):
• Fryers and cooking systems
• Plastic bagging and packaging machines
• IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) facilities
• Cooking gas systems and regulators
• High-voltage electrical systems
• Wastewater treatment equipment

Required Qualifications:
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
• Strong hands-on technical capability with food processing or industrial equipment
• Proven ability to lead technicians while remaining actively involved in maintenance work

Preferred Working Experience:
• Minimum 5 - 8 years of maintenance experience in food manufacturing or industrial plants
• Prior experience as a senior technician, lead technician, or maintenance supervisor
• Exposure to regulated environments (food safety, utilities, or manufacturing compliance) is an advantage

Language Requirements:
• Bilingual: English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Ability to communicate effectively with production staff, technicians, and management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
