Fashion Expert

Provide personalized, high-touch luxury client service as a Fashion Expert in the Houston boutique. Deliver memorable styling experiences, cultivate lasting client relationships, and drive individual and store sales performance. Support boutique operations including POS transactions, stock management, visual standards, and after-sales care.

Responsibilities
• Create elevated client experiences through personalized styling and storytelling
• Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales goals
• Develop and maintain a strong client portfolio using clienteling tools
• Support bespoke orders, repairs, and after-sales service
• Maintain visual merchandising and operational standards; assist with opening/closing and stock tasks
• Collaborate with the team and contribute to onboarding and development of new hires

• Passion for fashion with strong storytelling and presentation skills
• Client-obsessed mindset with proven relationship-building abilities
• Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, and organizational skills
• Digitally savvy and comfortable using POS and clienteling tools
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays; multilingual skills are a plus
