Job Description

Heartify In Home Care is seeking an OT or OTA for a home health client in Atlanta, GA. Client needs support after a hospital stay due to fall risk, weakness, memory concerns, and decreased ability to safely complete daily activities. Location: Atlanta, GA 30331 Pay: To be discussed per visit Focus areas: ADL training, bathing/dressing safety, toileting routines, transfer safety, home safety education, fall prevention, energy conservation, cognitive/safety cueing, and caregiver education. Requirements: Active Georgia OT/OTA license, CPR, reliable transportation, and home health experience preferred.

Pay: $70.00 per hour
