Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven E-Commerce Sales Executive with hands-on experience in Amazon 1P (Vendor Central) and 3P (Seller Central) to join our growing team in Houston, TX. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the Amazon ecosystem deeply, and is eager to drive revenue growth through strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow Amazon 1P and 3P accounts, optimizing sales performance and profitability
• Develop and execute strategies for product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management
• Monitor KPIs such as sales, conversion rates, traffic, and advertising ROI
• Collaborate with internal teams on product launches, content, and brand positioning
• Optimize product listings (SEO, keywords, A+ content, images) to improve visibility and conversions
• Plan and manage Amazon advertising campaigns (Sponsored Ads, DSP is a plus)
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities
• Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and maintain account health

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred)
• Proven experience with Amazon Vendor Central (1P) and Seller Central (3P)
• Strong understanding of Amazon marketplace dynamics and best practices
• Experience with Amazon Advertising (PPC campaigns, analytics, optimization)
• Familiarity with content marketing and e-commerce merchandising is a plus
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred:
• Experience working in a consumer goods or e-commerce-driven company
• Knowledge of tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar platforms

Work Environment:
• On-site role in Houston, TX (local candidates preferred)
