Personal Care Assistant

Job Summary
We are a fast-growing home care agency seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistants to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting with daily activities and ensuring their well-being. Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Nannying and Childcare
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
Monitor client health conditions through patient observation.
Assist with mobility and physical activities, including lifting clients when necessary.
Support clients with meal preparation and nutritional needs, ensuring dietary requirements are met.
Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
Document client progress and any changes in health status accurately and promptly.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities as needed.
Experience

Familiarity with patient care techniques, including first aid.
Previous experience in caregiving, nannying, childcare or related field preferred ( 1 year minimum)
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
Strong observational skills to recognize changes in client conditions effectively.
Ability to lift clients safely and assist them in mobility tasks.
Compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills to engage effectively with clients and their families.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
License/ Certification and requirements

HCA (Home Care Aid) - Required (We will assist with registration if needed)

Driver's License – Required

TB test result

CPR

Background Check

Caregiver must have a car that is insured.

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
