Job Responsibilities:
Call potential students and explain EkasCloud’s training programs.
Work on provided leads and convert them into admissions.
Follow up with interested candidates to address queries and assist with enrollment.
Maintain a positive and professional approach while communicating.
Keep accurate records of calls and admissions progress.
Meet daily/weekly targets for lead conversions.
Requirements:
Fluency in English and Tamil is mandatory.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Basic computer knowledge for data entry and follow-ups.
Prior experience in telecalling or sales is an advantage.
Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
