About Svetness: Svetness is one of the largest in-home personal training companies in the United States, currently serving over 1,000 clients nationwide. We are expanding rapidly and need motivated sales professionals to complement our talented team.

Your Role: As a High Ticket Fitness Sales Consultant, you will manage warm inbound leads and close sales for personal training packages ranging from $5,000 to $15,000. Daily activities will include:
• Conducting 4 to 6 Zoom sales consultations per day, leveraging your people skills to build trust.
• Closing deals with warm leads who have expressed interest in personal training.
• Attending daily sales meetings to collaborate with the team.
• Completing reporting and administrative tasks effectively.
• Working closely with appointment setters and the sales team to optimize the sales process.

Requirements:
• Commitment to at least 40 hours of full-time work per week.
• Availability for some evenings and weekends.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Confidence in virtual meetings and sales consultations.
• A coachable, driven, and performance-oriented mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Incentives: This commission-based position offers earnings based on closed deals, typically yielding:
• First 3 to 6 months: $7,000+ per month.
