Senior Digital Marketing Analyst (Fortune 100Co)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to design, build, and optimize personalized customer journeys across digital channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SFMC tools and a strong understanding of data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Build and manage Journeys using Journey Builder
• Create and deploy email campaigns using Email Studio and Content Builder
• Develop audience segmentation strategies using Contact Builder and Data Extensions
• Utilize Automation Studio for campaign automation and data workflows
• Perform A/B testing and optimize campaign performance
• Monitor and report on KPIs such as open rates, CTR, and conversions
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and data teams to align campaign goals
• Ensure data quality, compliance, and best practices (CAN-SPAM, GDPR where applicable)

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3–5+ years of experience with Digital Marketing
• Proficiency in:
• Journey Builder
• Email Studio
• Automation Studio
• Contact Builder
• Strong knowledge of SQL for data segmentation
• Experience with AMPscript and/or SSJS is a plus
• Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs (preferred)
• Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience integrating SFMC with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Sales Cloud)
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels (email, SMS, push notifications)
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email development
