Site Manager — Datacenter Operations

We’re looking for a proven operator to lead onsite operations across one or multiple mission-critical data center facilities. This role is responsible for uptime, team performance, and day-to-day execution in a 24/7 environment.

What this role is:

A hands-on leader who owns site operations end-to-end. You’ll be accountable for reliability, team output, and operational excellence, while acting as the escalation point for critical issues.

What you’ll own:
• Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams across facilities, hardware, and logistics (10+ staff)
• Full accountability for 24/7 operations, including uptime, reliability, and SLA performance
• Incident response and change management across the site
• Staffing, scheduling, and organizational design to support growth
• Performance metrics including uptime, MTTR, MTBF, inventory accuracy, and utilization
• Cross-functional coordination with engineering, construction, and supply chain teams

Must-have background:
• 5+ years in data center or mission-critical operations
• 2+ years managing teams of 10+ people
• Strong understanding of the full data center stack (power, cooling, hardware, networking)
• Proven experience operating in a 24/7, high-availability environment
