Child Care Safety Specialist

Location: Dallas Fort-Worth Area - Remote until office opens at which point it will go hybrid.

What will you be doing?

The Health and Safety Specialist handles investigations related to center licensing violations and incidents that involve any children. Responsibilities include:

Conducting all investigations related to licensing, and incidents involving children in centers.
Creating investigation reports outlining incidents.
Following up after an investigation including recommendations of further action where appropriate.
Communicating with internal and external stakeholders as necessary.
Finalizing incident reports for Operations.
Ensuring all safety inspections are completed in the Centers as required.
Completing audits to ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Requirements:

Associate in related field required (Bachelor's preferred)
3+ years childcare experience preferred
Management experience required
Experience investigating employee issues an asset
