Accounts Payable Lead

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Lead to oversee the full-cycle Accounts Payable function in a high-volume healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the Accounts Payable team, managing full-cycle AP operations and outsourced services
Administer corporate card programs and oversee travel and expense systems to ensure compliance with policies
Act as the subject matter expert for Workday ERP implementations and drive process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
7+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience in a healthcare environment
Minimum of 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role managing high-volume AP operations
Proven experience with outsourced AP services and major ERP systems (Workday preferred)
Working knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements and tax reporting (1099s)
