Logistics customer service representative needed with minimum 2 years experience. Ideal candidate owuld have to work 7am-4pm M-F on iste ONLY. There will be a 2-4 week training timeframe. Note, this is a very fast paced environment job. I deal candidiate must be able to perform tasks below.
Core responsibilities
• Communicating with customers about orders, shipments, delays, and delivery updates
• Coordinating with carriers, warehouses, and internal teams
• Tracking shipments and resolving issues (lost, delayed, damaged goods)
• Processing orders, returns, and documentation (invoices, bills of lading)
Key skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving
• Attention to detail (mistakes can delay shipments)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Basic computer skills (Excel, order systems)
• Knowledge of shipping terms (like freight, tracking, customs—helpful but often taught)
This position is very close to Iriwindale, CA & must be on site job.

Express Rx is hiring a DME Customer Service Representative to support our growing team. We are looking for candidates with 2–3 years of experience working in a medical office (front office or back office) who are ready to learn and grow.
Requirements:
• 2–3 years experience in a medical office (doctor’s office, clinic, or healthcare setting)
• Experience with insurance verification
• Prior authorization or referral experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Basic understanding of medical terminology
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
