Pay Rate: $22/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday (Some Saturdays required)

Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Parking: Employee-paid

Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable Courier to support daily mailroom operations and campus deliveries. This role involves handling, sorting, and delivering mail, packages, and materials across multiple university locations.

Key Responsibilities
• Receive, sort, and process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Deliver and pick up mail across university departments and campuses
• Operate company vehicles for deliveries
• Process shipments using:
• UPS
• FedEx
• Other shipping systems
• Use tracking systems and handheld devices to document deliveries
• Operate postage meters and shipping equipment
• Verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
• Assist with inventory handling and material movement
• Support retail counter operations and customer service as needed
