Barista – Coffee Cart (Miami Beach)

An authentic French bakery and café located in Miami Beach. We offer a high-quality, customer-focused service environment inspired by Parisian cafés.

We are currently looking for a reliable, professional and motivated Server / Barista to join our team.

This is a multitask position requiring organization, autonomy and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and serve customers (indoor and terrace)

Take orders and process payments

Prepare coffees and beverages (barista level required)

Assist with setup and restocking of pastries and display

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Support light kitchen tasks when needed (reheat / sandwiches / basic food preparation)

Assist in preparing simple food items (sandwiches, quiches, crêpes, salads)

Participate in opening and closing duties

Ensure a positive and professional customer experience

Qualifications:

Previous experience in café, bakery or restaurant (preferred)

Basic kitchen knowledge required (sandwiches, quiches, crêpes, salads)

Reliable, punctual and proactive

Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Strong customer service mindset

French is a plus (not required)

Compensation & Schedule$17 per hour + tipsPart-time or full-time depending on availability

Weekday and weekend availability, including afternoons
