LaunchPoint is hiring Management Trainees in Miami who want to learn leadership, sales, and client management from the ground up. If you have an athletic background, you already understand teamwork, discipline, and growth—we’ll help you apply that to business.

What you’ll learn:

• How to build and maintain long-term client relationships

What the role looks like:

• Work face-to-face with clients and brand activations throughout Miami

• Get hands-on training and daily coaching from experienced managers who’ve been in your shoes

• Collaborate with a team of like-minded, competitive individuals who push each other to improve

• Take on increasing responsibility as you develop—from individual contributor to team trainer to full manager

• Participate in weekly development sessions focused on skill-building and career advancement
